For those of you who don't already know, Jillian is my beautiful little sister. Not that she is so "little" anymore! She has always been the daring type when it comes to her hair styles and I have always admired her funky locks. This is one of her latest hair styles - slightly reminiscent of miss Twiggy in my opinion.
