Jantzen Family

I remember meeting Danielle when I was very young and new to our church.  She was tall, beautiful and had the most amazing freckles!  It's been number of years since that day and yet every once in a while, Danielle and my paths will cross.  That's what happened not too long ago!  Danielle and her husband wanted to have family photos taken for her parents as a gift - what a wonderful gift!  And I was thrilled that they asked me to take them!  The day was sunny and the grass was green - I had a lovely afternoon with you all.  I hope you will enjoy these photos for many years to come!

Wedding : Mark and Chantell

August this year was just beautiful.  Hot, sunny days, Iced Capps and sun tans.  But, before the all that, I met Chantell and Mark as they were pulling together all the details of their wedding.  Right from the moment I met them, I connected with them instantly!  They are a beautiful couple who are so clearly in-love.  August 4th was the date of their Big Day and I had the honour of photographing it for them!  I arrived at the house where the ladies were getting ready and I was immediately greeted with open arms and a beautiful array of fruit and beverages!  Chantell's bridesmaids looked stunning in their champagne coloured dresses and Chantell took everyone's breath away in her gorgeous, one shouldered gown.  

The ceremony took place at Two Eagles Golf Course in West Kelowna on a clear and hot, August afternoon and it was beautiful.  I just loved this location!  From there the newly married couple and their families made their way to Shannon Lake to get some photos together in amongst the beautiful treed and grassy areas.  

Thank you Mark and Chantell for asking me to capture your very special day.  I am honoured to have been part of it!  I wish you both many, many years of love and friendship to come!
