It all began years ago in high school when Jill caught Ryan's eye. Slowly a friendship was born and with a brave proclamation from Ryan, it grew into something more. On August 31st, Ryan and Jill tied the knot just one day shy of the 6 year anniversary of their relationship. In a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the Island Stage in downtown Kelowna, Ryan and Jill spoke their vows and made a beautiful, lifelong commitment to one another. I was in love with the long, winding paths that became the isles and how both Jill and Ryan's personalities shone through in everything from the celebratory dance as they made their way to the register table, to Jill leaping into Ryan's arms post kiss. This relationship of 6 years has seen many ups and downs but there was no doubt that this gorgeous, Friday afternoon will be forever marked with an overflowing of love, celebration and joy toward this amazing couple! Ryan and Jill framed the friendship necklaces that they both had during the 6 years preceding their wedding day. Framing them was a beautiful symbol of their lives joining as one.
